That's what I'm thinking. I guess they're working on it and they're getting ready to send an e-mail to pay the IV fee. When did the IV fee change from "Not available" to "Not pay"?

Was on the phone to my wife talking about it and the email just came in, logged in and it was ready for payment. A step forward.

Expecting email to fill out DS-260. It might be tomorrow before i get that though and it might also be today. Impossible is nothing.

Called now and the AOS is still in process. She said as soon as my IV fee shows paid on NVC, the DS-260 will pop up and that i should fill it ASAP.

Will the process the AOS even if the IV fee has not been issued yet?

I also sent AOS two weeks ago, and I still can't pay IV fee.The Fee is locked.How long I need to wait?

Also choice of address and agent still non approved ....
