I still have to wait Until last week of October for updates since I have only submitted my Aos and IV last week!

08/21/2013 - Sent DS3032 by email

08/23/2013 - Received AOS fee invoice by email. Paid AOS fee $88

Hey Guys,

I paid the AOS fee and sent the I-864 in the mail today. In the website it says I should e-mail the docs instead of mailing them, but the NVC lady told me I needed to mail the physical docs instead e-mail them. Is that right? Should I scan all the docs and e-mail them as well?

Also, how long does it take for the visa fee to become available to pay? We filled the DS-261 on Monday and the visa fee still shows as "Not available"

same here Tinjf10. i also would like to know if anybody's 260 has been accepted. we submitted 260 on sep 10. when did u submit ur 260?

I submitted mine on Sept 5. I called yesterday and they said wait for 20 business days. Not 30days but 20 is what they explained.

When I went to https://ceac.state.gov/ceac/ it says - AOS paid, do i have to wait to receive instructions how to fill AOS, because we are at the same stage with you and I see you send the AOS package already.

My status is - DS-261 Completed and AOS paid?

No You don't need to wait.
Now it all depends on if you are ready documents for AOS, and you have to send it all, but first you have to print cover page, and find it where you paid aos.

Go to www.ceac.state.gov ,then login and go to ( stamp cover sheet).

On this page is the adress when You need to sent all Your document .included this page.

I am the petitioner and I have a sponsor

So we both file I-864 and

I write a letter stating I was exempt from filling taxes because I did not make enough??

And they send it copy of taxes and W2 for 3 years and current pay stubs equal to 3 months?

Really? It would be great if they responded within 20 days. I called couple of days back and they were still saying 30 days. Hope they do it within 20 :)
