You have to send:

IV fee barcode cover sheet

Marriage Cert (Original or certified copy)

Original Birth certificate (Beneficiary & Petitioner)

Police certificate (Beneficiary- Original or certified copy) - Any place lived for more than 6months or thereabout

International passport copy (Beneficiary & Petitioner)

2 x Passport photos (Name and case #- Beneficiary)

Add on if i missed any guys.

Now that you have choice of agent, does that mean things will start rolling smoothly, faster or of what advantage is having one?

I'm expecting to have one assigned on Monday.

Good luck to all.

How long it takes choice of agent to be accepted? It's been 14 days since I submitted ds261 form and Aos package.. How long it takes IV fee to be invoiced?

According to the NVC lady i spoke with on Monday, she said 10 business days and that i can call if i don't get information after 10 days. So if yours is past the time just call them up i'll suggest.

I did and they said 30 business days:( I wonder if they take 30 business days for every step it's gonna be like wot half a yr at NVC , if u exclude the IL...

I think its the AOS and V packages that takes 30 biz days for review and not choice of agent approval. I'm still waiting to.
