They sent me an mail that i had to bring my co sponsor affidavit of support to the interview Because mines was not sufficient, the problem is since i knew it was not going to be sufficient i was proactive and sent my Co Sponsor one, now until they dont review that no interview, poor me

Oh ok. You should have wait a while and send everything together coz that's what I did. I was also below the guidelines but I waited for 1 week to get everything from my cosponsor sent everything together. Anyway you will be fine. Good luck!!

My husband sent the old version of I-864EZ. I hadn't even realised that there is a new form available until I checked the NVC website just now - luckily they state that old forms are still accepted.

You are even luckier, because they have not even started processing the new I-864 forms at all! People have been waiting a month, the NVc has no idea how to process the new forms

So when you sent in your AOS packet, you knew you would be below the poverty guidelines so you sent I. The I-864a co sponsor form at the same time?

Or did you send them in at different times, is this why you are delayed?

Also did you send in the old I-864 form and the old I-864a form?

Yes i knew, but since i dint have my co sponsor one ready i sent mines first, so now since i used new form, im stocked, im just hoping that since i had my case completed, the will give my interview letter, i will pray... So GUYS DONT SENT NEW AOS FORMS, SEND THE OLD ONE !!!!!!

Guys i need some help i sent COA on may 15 , received an anawer by may 24 but it does not say that the AOS is accepted , i called nvc many times and they said we didnt receive it or is not on the system. I sent coA by email using the vj template. Should i send an attached form with email or just an email with all the informations please answer im stuck with that COA and they wouldnt generate the iv bill until they receive it.

our lawyer send us Msg:

And from you Ms. we need your taxes return for 2012,2011,2010 along with your W2 forms for that year. ***** if you make less then $19,000 a year you will need a Co_sponsor who must also bring 3 years of Taxes and proof of citizenship.

Any one's case has been completed with new I-864? in USCIS website, only new I- 864 is available. Its really sad if we are on hold for the new form.

when they accept the COA, they send the following message in email:

Agent) form designating an address and agent. Instructions for paying

the immigrant visa application processing fee and all future

correspondence will be sent to the agent at the address selected on the

DS-3032.

For more information regarding the immigrant visa application fee or for

it means that they hv accepted your DS-3032 and you will receive your IV fee bill soon.

I called to NVC this morning about my AOS package. I sent this with new I-864. The lady said as usual that they did not receive any instruction from immigration about how to review the new form. She also mentioned that they are only accepting the new forms.

The old form is still valid until June 23rd, as listed on the USCIS website where you download the I-864 forms so the woman is talking #######!

Hi Walidetmouna

Hi hv attached the choice of agent form. My wife (the beneficiary0 signed it and scanned it and attached it with the VJ email template.

I think the VJ email template is fine too. good luck.
