Hi guys , i have an update, i received my NVC case number yesterday, i dont know if i would get the IIN tomorrow maybe. Also i sent the COA by email today idk how long should take to be accepted. I spoke to a representative today about how to add my kid to the petition and she says just scan his birth certificate and send it via email and ask us to add him on the petition.

Do u think i can get an IIN tomorrow? When i would be able to pay the AOS and IV fees?

Congrats on the case number! You should have been able to receive your invoice identification number too, we got both at the same time. Try calling the NVC again and asking for it.

We got our AOS bill today, eight days after receiving the case number. I've seen people getting it in less than a week, so you might be lucky and have it sooner.

yes, they will inform you by email. or after one week you can call them and ask by yourself to make conform that they accept it or not.

Thanks! NVC recieved our COA form on 05-09-2013 but haven't put it into the system yet. I call them every day, one lady said that it takes from 5 to 10 business day to put the COA form into the system, another lady said there's no timeframe for that, it could be any time!

HI Irena

They will send you email that they have received your DS-3032 and after couple of days they gonna email you to pay IV fee bill.

I sent DS-3032 on may 02 and they emailed on 13 may that they have accepted it. On 14 may they sent me email for IV fee. I paid it yesterday and got document cover sheet too.

This morning i sent my AOS package.

Hope everything gonna be smooth for you. keep in touch. thx

Thank you, Nasir! It's nice to hear that they work so fast! I hope NVC will make me happy with their email shortly)))

My hubby sent AOS package even earlier than COA form! Now we are waiting to pay IV Fee and send another package. We really really really hope to be completed this month and be scheduled for the interview in July, 'cause we are already current.

We all are gonna be with our loved ones so soon! dancin5hr.gif

09/09/2009 met and had been happily dating for almost a year when my husband (bf at that time) won in a green card lottery. By that time he divorced from his ex-wife, and I graduated from the university and had obligatory job placement in Belarus for 2 years on.
11/19/2010 got married. In about a month he left for the US and applied for family reunification.

Yes, it's normal. Keep checking every day, hopefully your AOS bill will be there some time next week.

As far as I know, DS-230 should be signed by hand.

Hi Walidetmouna

how r u? AOS fee will be generated when you receive DS-3032 from them by email. Once u pay the AOS fee and send the COA, they gonna approve ur DS-3032. It takes normally 10-14 business days. I sent DS-3032 on 02 may and they approved and mailed it on 13 May. After that you will see IV fee.

thanks

Nasir

I emailed the Choice of Agent the same day we received our case number, and it was accepted today, i.e. ten days later. AOS is not linked to the Choice of Agent, but the IV package is. I am hoping that we'll get the IV bill early next week (already paid the AOS fee and sent the package).
