With the New system changes that took place on March 18, 2013. I paid my Visa application over the phone using a credit card. I wrote down the confirmation number that they gave at the end. Someone please tell me, is there something else I need to do? Do I just present this number to the embassy on the interview date?

Moved from K-1 forums to regional forums as this is region specific and should be answered by people in your country going through the process, not a general K-1 process question.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

I apologize, I haven't gotten to this point but am very interested to find out how this new process works. This system has thrown a wrench in my months of researching this process. Have you tried emailing the embassy to ask?

Also, would you mind sharing the contents for packet 3? I'm trying to figure out how to pay the visa fee myself. If it is also possible, would you mind updating this post detailing your experience with paying the fee. I think it would help others.

Thank you.

Thanks for your response. Sure, all K1 applicants are now required to pay the Application Fee on the date of their Interview.
