I just sent a letter to my Senator today, She's on the immigration reform panel. I requested her assistance in my case as well as asking about the problem with the K-1's petition process in general at CSC.

I will let you all know what help I receive if any, and any anwsers to the questions about CSC. :protest:

May 3, 2011: Received NOA1 hardcopy in mail
July 26, 2011: Received NOA2 via text/email!!!
July 30, 2011: Received NOA2 hardcopy in mail
August 8, 2011: NVC received file
September 1, 2011: NVC case number assigned
September 2, 2011: AOS invoice received, OPTIN email for EP sent
September 7, 2011: Paid AOS bill (payment portal showed PAID on September 9, 2011)
September 8, 2011: OPTIN email accepted, GZO number assigned
September 10, 2011: Emailed AOS package
September 12, 2011: IV bill invoiced
September 13, 2011: Paid IV bill (payment portal showed PAID on September 14, 2011)
September 14, 2011: Emailed IV package
October 3, 2011: Emailed checklist response (checklist generated due to typo on Form DS-230)
October 6, 2011: Case complete at NVC
November 10, 2011: Interview - APPROVED!!!
December 7, 2011: POE - Sea-Tac Airport

September 17, 2013: Mailed I-751 to CSC

September 23, 2013: Received NOA1 in mail (receipt date September 19th)

October 16, 2013: Biometrics Appointment

January 28, 2014: Production of new Green Card ordered

February 3, 2014: New Green Card received; done with USCIS until fall of 2023*

December 18, 2023:  Filed I-90 to renew Green Card

December 21, 2023:  Production of new Green Card ordered - will be seeing USCIS again every 10 years for renewal

We got a letter back from our Senator thanking us for alerting them to the problems at California and telling us they are waiting a response from California Service Centre. I guess they wrote to them :(

April 24,13: Case left NVC: Destination Kabul, Afghanistan

Consulate - 251 days
April 29,13: Case Received by Embassy of Kabul, Afghanistan
May 13,13: Received Packet 3 (Interview date and Medical letter)
May 21,13: Medical
May 29,13: Interview and Placed on AP

Dec. 12,13: Embassy asked for Passport and a New Medical

Dec. 30,13: Submitted Passport and New Medical to Embassy

Jan. 02,14: Visa Status changed to ISSUED

When my fiance gets chance to call his senators office this week I will update everyone even if the response is not much. I am an August filer and there are still so many July filers waiting that I can not see me getting approved for a long time yet.

We got an answer from our congressman and he said everything that is on the website. Big booo. I am mean come on he obviously went on the website and he quoted the data and saying they are working on 18th July. DUH.

I'm sorry for asking this, but at this point I'm a little lost on the internet.

I'd like to send an email to our senator/congressman, but I have no idea where to find who I should be emailing?

Someone please help me out.
