Do you believe that all cases of father/daughter incest begin this way? That none of them are truly consensual? Not trying to start an argument, genuinely curious.

Money left to children is taxed, money left to spouses is not.

Not true. Spouses are ahead of children in lineal succession but otherwise not diffrent.

-Just because you in 2013 would draw the line at "bestiality".... you have to know without a foundation, your kids might be a bit more tolerant than even you are... in fact you can count on it.

It seems to be you..... who is confused, you keep borrowing the term "consent" as if that is some rock foundation to stand on.

What type of consent would a dog need to give to hump it's owner?

DId they give consent to be put in a crate for the night?

Did they give consent to be bred?

Did they give consent to have their pups sold off?

Or to be put on a chain.... or walked, or worked.... or neutered.

Consent is not needed for anything with an animal.... the question is ...

A elderly man (widower ) wants to leave his fortune that he worked his life for to his only son.

He want to avoid Obama-taxes so he petitions the court for the right to marry his son as he can any other man.

Every argument made to shore up gay marriage is recycled by him.

Who are you to tell two adults they don't love each other?

Maybe you are right, I assumed when a farmer dies, his wife is not required to pay tax on his half of the farm... if he has no spouse, the estate is then taxed when the child inherits it.
