Hi everyone,

So my Fiancée is in America, when we filed our K1 paperwork she was living at her house but now the family as moved, What form if any would she need to send in to alert them of a change of address. I apologise if there was a post about this already and I missed it, I had a look.

15-02-2013 - we sent in our I-129F petition

27-02-2013 - received our NOA1

25-07-2013 - Rrecieved our NOA2

20-08-2013 - our case arrived at NVC

10-09-2013 - Medical booked biggrin.png

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

Just have her call USCIS to update the address information , they will update it and send a letter confirming your change in address !

Just be sure that they only change her address not yours !

06-24-2013-Visa ISSUED

6-26-2013 VISA IN HAND
06-30-2013-POE-JFK NYC

DOCUMENTS RECEIVED UPON POE

7/9/2013 - SS Card

01/06/2014- green card
