I'm a U.S. citizen in Florida, and my husband is a Canadian citizen in Ontario.

We submitted his I-130 in February and received the notice of approval last week.

What happens now? I'm so confused. I know our paperwork is being sent to the NVC.

Are they going to be sending us more information in the mail? Is there anything we can start on right now to ensure the process goes smoothly?

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

Canada does online forms and can send in everything via email as long as you bring the originals to the interview.
