hi everyone

can anyone tell me what the holdup is at CSC my application for change of living status was sent to CSC because the original office was busy and uscis claimed they were moving my case to CSC to speed things up now how can it be speeding things up when at the time my case was moved to CSC 12th july 2012 processing for i-485

was between 5 and six months the website is now showing 22 months and showing they are only at 11th april 2011.

my other question is this if anyone knows the answer seeing how CSC is showing processing times of 22 months does that mean that when i finally do get my resident card i can start to study for the citizenship test or would i have to wait a further 3 years before i can do the citizenship as i have already been here in the states a year and four months anybody know
