Have USCIS updated there website again on 4/3/2012 with processing time .

I remember seeing the processing time as 5 months for 130 application for parents and. Spouse , now it shows 5/16/2012 ...

Hope I am not dreaming with my eye open hoping my I130 gets approved , solid 4 months of frustration ....

hello,

i found out you really cant go by that chart. it took us 8 months to get petition approved in 2011 from CSC.

normally you would wait 5 months then after that you can make a service request.

rememebr every case is different so the processing times will vary.

just call the service center and see what they say.
