Proof + few other questions

Hi there! I have a few questions:

1.) When listing the dates of employment on a separate piece of paper, should I type out the month, ie: may 2010, or 05/2010?

2.) Also on the I-130 form, where it asks for employment # 15 that is MY employment correct?

3.) When listing last date live together (I-130) #21, should I list the last time we were together or does it have to be for a substantial duration? I ask because I just went to see my husband a few weeks ago, but I could only stay for a week because of university. Prior to that we were together for a month in which we got married, and the longest we've ever lived together was for 3 months last year.

4.) Proof: I plan to submit a credit card that is a joint account, a lease on my apartment in which his name is on it. We've only been married since January, so that's as far as hard proof goes for the items recommended. We have been in a relationship for 5 years however, and I was going to submit photos, phone bills, airplane stubs etc. Is this sufficient, or should I try to dig up more stuff?

1) 05/2010 is fine

2) Most people answer it as being the relative's employment, but either USC or beneficiary's seems to work.

3) No only list time where you've actually LIVED together, which generally means over 6 months. This means you would have the same address mail is being sent to etc. Anything else is normally considered visiting.

4) what you have is sufficent. The beneficiary is from Canada so it's not a high fraud country. However if the beneficiary wasn't born in Canada, you may want to include as much evidence as possible. We sent 2 affidavits (pretty low on the evidence list) 2 pictures together, 2 wedding pictures with family in them, proof of our joint bank account and proof that we're both on the Jeep insurance. I also sent copies of boarding passes showing visits. In reserve (if we had an RFE) we had emails, skype logs and gmail chats but we weren't asked for anything else.

Okay, thank you! In regards to living together then, we haven't had a time period, unless I list when he was here for 4 months here last year. (Though he was for all intents and purposes in the USA until he had to go back or until he found employment). Should I just say N/A? We're both young (23) , so we haven't had the luxury of living with each other for extended periods of time, particularly because I'm in graduate school.

On that note: Should I list Im in grad school somewhere? It explains why our trips have been so short.

So for the lived together I should put N/A?

Also, my husband is moving soon (in about 1.5 months). I am filing within the week however, and he does not know where he will be moving so I am listing his current address. Is there a way to update his address in the middle of this, so that he receives the proper forms? * I could list his parents address as the mail would definitely get to him then, but he doesn't live there anymore.

The question is applicable to you so you do not write n/a. Write none - have not lived together.

Where you put for an address is up to you. I don't remember if there was a spot for the beneficiary's mailing address vs physical address except maybe on the g-325a? I'm on my tablet so looking up forms is difficult, I apologize. Just as a note, if he is the Canadian he won't be receiving any mail. Not until after his interview when DHL sends him his passport and Visa package.

It is the beneficiary's employment, as it is under section "C. Information about your relative"

Eek sorry one more question! As it pertain to proof-- my landlord is giving me a hard time about adding my husbands name to the lease as he doesnt have any US tax information yet. Should I try to assemble more proof since it looks like I wont be able to show his name on the lease?

Can you add him to your life insurance or car insurance?

I don't own a car or have life insurance . I am going to talk to my landlord again tomorrow, to see if I can't explain the situation to him more.

It's not that big of a deal if you have other proof. Most recently married couples dont. Plus it's Canada. Lol. People have been approved by submitting no more than the marriage certificate. Not that it's recommended to do that but I wouldn't stress about the lease.

I was stressing because they suggest all this "hard" proof, and Im like FFS, we just got married D:.
