it's been 8months since you got the NOA1. just hang in there, few weeks from now you will get your NOA2 already.

it's not for me, but I was under understand the process would take from 3-6 months. On Igor's list 34. It's the people that have been waiting for over a year. It's just not fair, actually cruel when you think about it. :protest::ranting::clock:

From Igor's list. Ryan and Paulla, 407 days for approval. With no RFE's, just sad, really sad. That they had to wait that long.

found this in youtube. the petition was actually made by Robb last January. too bad it only got less than 100 signatures compared to some petitions that just makes no sense when i visit petition.whitehouse.gov. :( if only we can request for an expedite then they would have more money to hire and pay people to do the work and we will all be happy with our loved ones being in the US already. this petition had expired already without even getting atleast 100 signatures. :(

aaww! i wish i have seen this sooner, i could have signed :bonk: Maybe it wasn't spread enough among petitioners

There's a queue and there's a priority assigned by type, by the Center Director.

Queue is normal, FIFO, and the priority is changed at whim.

That's it, really. DACA mess up for others? Absolutely ! Why? The Center Director made a decision.

...yes, priority changed at whim.... at the expense of people doing immigration the legal way! :crying:

Isn't that a ridiculous situation where just one Center Director has the power to make a single solitary important decision like that and has this ability to majorly delay and keep legal law abiding couples apart? And USC who are going through the proper process/procedures get shafted? It is a shame that we as law abiding United States Citizens do not take precedence over illegal law breaking individuals who are rewarded in such a way that they get golden tickets to continue living their lives quickly, even though they are already here in the USA. Is there any rhyme or reason that can help me understand this better? Because this really looks so BAD on the California Service Centers part in all this. What is even worse, my own k-1(I-209F) is at CSC and this is heartbreaking!

I suspect political agenda behind and not pure humanitarian reason. It equates more votes for "them" coming from these "immigrants"

If I should decide to move and live in Belarus. All my money will go to the Belarusian economy.

Isn't it sad.. Patriotic, Taxpaying, American Citizens thinking that becoming an ex-Pat is preferable to sticking around and waiting for the forever, circular file to take a dump and spit out one petition that hopefully has our name on it and says "Approved".... I am to the point where I don't care what caused the delay AND I really am tired of the excuses and BS pushed on each of us by the USCIS, CSC and others... I JUST WANT IT FIXED!!!!

Sorry I'm throwing my temper tantrum and ranting!!
