If you want your green card in your married name you will have to have your passport changed to your married name. The visa and green card are issued in the name that is in the passport.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

I am a Citizen of the United States of America. 04/16/13

Yes, get your passport changed and clearances in the married name. You have applied for no visa. Only a petition has been filed. When the petition is approved, you will apply for a CR1 visa, not K3.

You should change your passport to your married name and use your married name going forward. As part of the process to change your passport to your married name, you will be required to attend the Commission on Filipinos Overseas (CFO) seminar and to submit the CFO certificate of attendance to the DFA. You can attend the CFO seminar either in Manila or in Cebu. For more information on the CFO: CFO website.

You will need to get one NBI clearance which includes your married name, your maiden name, and any other aka's which you have used.
