Hey, great to see a new pic!

Remember to keep the faith!!

Juan Enrique

PS: You are now "senior member" on VJ!

Don't be fooled. There has been no significant change at CSC. They appear to have gone backwards this week. Grrrrr.

PS. Yes, I know this is from Igor's List...

I do wish you well on your trip to see your family.

However ... I do question your right to whine afterwards. If you see your family, those rights are revoked, at least temporarily.yes.gif

Have a great trip!

I'm going down to Peru to be with my fiancee and my son for a couple of weeks, so I won't be taking any action until May or so. But soon it will be my turn to whine :)

Ya thanks......here's my list of what I've done.....

Multiple calls to USCIS speaking with tier 2 each time.

3 or 4 separate service requests over the course of 5 months.

Calls to local Senator's along with sending in the required forms for congressional inquiry.

Ditto on local Congressmen's offices.

2 separate visits to my local USCIS field office using the infopass.

So I've done everything I can think of. Supposedly it is in the hand's of an adjudicator but who knows? All there really is to do is wait wait wait wait until USCIS decides to process it.

Eh, I'm just being cynical.

The workers are doing what they are told to do. Someone has instructed them to not process I-129Fs.

But for sure, it certainly applies to some government employees, without a doubt.

Certainly. There are always some in every bunch. And for all I know, CSC may be rife with them, but I can only extrapolate from my experience, which says that it is unlikely.

Oh no that is truly ridiculous! I think I would be calling USCIS every week, you probably are!

Good luck and I hope you hear something soon

That's great, Mark. Visiting is the one thing that is under our control, so I'll be going for a visit as well in May. I'll only be at 3 months when I come back, but in my "glass half-full" world I'll already be "halfway there".
