I need to send my fiance in Canada the i134 and intent to marry letter. It has to be dated within 30 days of the interview. We don't have the date yet, but can I just sign the forms here in US at home and scan them and send them to her. Then she can just print them out? Or do they need to be the original forms? Thank you!!

Original signatures on all forms/letters, you cannot scan them and send them.

It is required by the embassy in Canada. I don't know about other countrys.

OP, it should be original copies.

I haven't encountered that... 30 days. I know it should be recent , closer to interview date. That's why its better to get those copies right after you know or interview sched has been set. Hmmm, wondering how recent? or at least? guys who just gone with this, can you pls. :help:

04-26-2017 ( Day 371)-  USCIS status changed from " Name Updated" to "New Card Is Being Produced" ( both K1 and K2 app)

05-01-2017 ( Day 376)-   USCIS status changed from "New Card Is Being Produced" to "Card Was Mailed To Me" ( K2 case)

05-02-2017 ( Day 377)-   USCIS status changed from "New Card Is Being Produced" to "Card Was Mailed To Me" ( K1 case)

As I have already stated this dated within 30 days letter of intent is specific to Canada US embassy. You need to check with YOUR country in your countrys forum section.
