Did you happen to read respective I-xxx form instructions ? Is says exactly how to send the payment mentioning it needs to be addressed to "Department of Homeland Security".

Read them - they contain valuable info.

I don't see the need for Marriage License copies but it won't hurt to send it I guess

Just make sure they're all ink signed. You're good to go!

I've never used Money Order ever :( but yes, it's Personal Check or Money Order as form of payment.

Money orders generally only need purchaser signature. Write "US Department of Homeland Security" on there somewhere, and sign it. Purchaser signature usually has a line to sign like a check.

Money orders generally only need purchaser signature. Write "US Department of Homeland Security" on there somewhere, and sign it. Purchaser signature usually has a line to sign like a check.
