1. Do I need to Write down my daughter name on the kids section? -She died already

2. How much money should we have on our joint account?

3. The letter of affidavits does it has to be stamped or sign?

Here's What Evidences I gather so far:

* Drivers license of both of us with the same address

* Lease for 2 years both our names of it

* Joint account in Dallas which is Closed already, New joint account in Austin which I just open this month

* Daughter birth and Death Certificate

* Pictures from our trip, with family and friends

* Letters with both our names from our friends and family

* Envelope from the church for offering on both our names

* Putting my husband on my beneficiary

* Joint income tax for 2 years

* Sams club membership with both our names

1. I would and then just make sure that they know she is deceased.

2. Doesn't matter, just needs to show you are mingling your finances.

3. Signed yes, but I don't think it HAS to have a stamp. However I asked that the people, who I gave the affidavits to to fill out, if would get them notarized just to make it more official. Most banks will do this for free.
