My PD date is 6/15/2011.

I am in the USA now.

I am an internation student get F-1 visa....I change my status in USA.

My husband had applied for me since 2011..He is permanent resident.

How come im not receiving any il yet? My pd is march 29 2011 and completed my case already..

Don't loose hope you still got time till may 10th,you should be receiving it anytimesmile.png

20 May 2013: IV bill received and paid

21 May 2013: IV package sent

11 June 2013: response to IV checklist sent

13 June 2013: Case upgraded to CR1

2 July 2013: Case completed

28 August 2013: Interview - approved!

No, not yet, but I hope next week will bring some good news to us. We have most of the documents ready, so once we have the case number, going through the NVC will hopefully be quick.

Ten business days or so - some NVC operators tell us they received our case on 22 April, others say 24 April. I hope we'll have the number by the end of next week.

Is your case complete yet? I am keeping my fingers crossed that you'll get a July interview!

Well they used to say that to me also that they received it this day or that day etc etc....but what is really important is that they received it already so ur good thanks god.... Well in my case i was having problems with getting my co sponsor, so i sent ds230 and my affidavit just hopping they wouldve complete my case and request my co sponsor affidavit by the interview. now im just waiting for them to review and if They request my co spomsor now through a chek list i will send the co sponsor right away as i just got my co sponsor affidavit yesterday. I think they already check my ds230 but im not sure, will call monday to verify
