Hi,

My name is varun surana, i went to USA in 2007 on student visa and obtained SSN there. I left USA for India in 2010 and since i am in India, from 2011 onwards i started working parttime for a US company on 1099-Misc and he uses my SSN to generate 1099 form. I also work full time for another US company but there i dont get any 1099 or w2. now my second company wants me to come to US and they are ready to sponsor my Work Visa. My Question is will i have any problems i getting a VISA since i am no longer staying in USA but using my SSN to work for a US company who generates 1099 MISC form for me every year.

Any help will be highly appreciated.

Thanks
