i am still hanging in there and roasting Lol

theres no news and it been 11 days since i attended the interview

i got my ss today and it took just 5 working days to arrive.

am on my way to the houston dps office and i hope i get there on time and get my temporary licence

thanks for asking after me.

a lot of people seems to have forgotten me but u didnt and dave n carla has been good to. hopefully when i get my green card, the whole APRIL family will hear a big applaud and cheers from me

blue devil! Thanks for adding me on the list! I got notification of interview on 07/02/13 not 06/19. And my EAD went to production 07/19/13!

I will make those changes on the next go-around. You may want to revise your signature to include dates the actions took place. For example, "63 Days- EAD APPROVED" You may want to have a date at the beginning that you got this notification. That way, we don't have to count to figure out what date it actually took place. Same with your interview. I went with your 6/19 date when it first switched over to interview & scheduling.

I was actually thinking and wondering about the exact thing when I updated the table this week. There are so many who gave us their initial dates and then totally disappeared. I too wonder how their cases are progressing.

I had an I-485 filing already submitted through an employment-based application. Post-marriage, I submitted an I-130, which after being approved was interfiled with the existing I-485.

04/03/14 - Day 364 - Interfiling service request sent

04/30/14 - Day 391 - Second interfiling service request sent

05/19/14 - Day 410 - Email sent asking for case status update

06/05/14 - Day 427 - I-485 updated to "sent to local office for processing"

07/02/14 - Day 454 - Status changed to testing & interview. Interview date August 4!!

08/04/14 - Day 487 - Mini-Stokes interview. IO intended on approving AOS but the computer did not show I-130 approval. The wait goes on...

08/18/14 - Day 501 - Spoke with Tier 2 IO - said that my I-485 is approved but no card prodn ordered. Asked to call back in 2 weeks if no update.

I wrote in my review that you would've thought I was the pending immigrant ... our IO only asked Dave the questions from the form, why he gave up school, and why he married me. Those questions lasted maybe 5 minutes ... the other hour and forty-five minutes were spent on me!

This is our list so far:

1. Photo-album with approximately 50 pictures (dating, engagement, wedding, trips,etc.)

2. Bank Statement of joint bank account

3. Letter from landlord saying he knows we both live together and we are renting his apartment.

4. Receipt of engagement ring and wedding bands.

5. Copies of Paypal transfers between my husband and I since we started dating.

6. Mail with "both names" from family and friends

7. Wedding cards from family and friends

8. Tax Return filed as married with my name on it.

9. Airplane tickets, park entrance and receipts from trips together.

And that's what we have so far, no insurance(can't afford it), I can't be add to the utilities,I know is so little but we don't know what else to add because we are on a very tight budget.

I will appreciate some advice from you guys.!cray5ol.gif I feel we are missing a lot...

05/03/13 Notice Date

05/06/13 Biometrics Appointment Notice (for May 31st, 2013)

05/06/13 Walk-in biometrics complete (no questions asked)

06/00/13 Updated to Testing and Interview (cant remember the date, when i find it i will update it)

06/26/13 EAD approved (ordered card production)

07/01/13 2nd email EAD update (card production)

07/02/13 EAD updated (card has been mailed)

07/05/13 EAD arrived!

07/09/13 email update with date interview for August 14th, 2013!!!idea9dv.gif

07/11/13 Interview notice arrived in the mail

08/14/13 Interview Day *APPROVED ON THE SPOT!* (card production)dancin5hr.gif

08/22/13 Received Green Card
