Thank You! but its really odd,I was reading some timelines here and there,most people if not all get their interview date in a couple of weeks to 3 weeks after the "testing and interview " thing on-line..how come my case is taking that long just to tell me what day is my interview ? what is it ? the local office is busy or something?

4/16/13 Package sent ( I-485,I-765,I-130)

4/18/13 Package received

4/24/13 NOA received in mail

4/29/13 Biometrics appt received ( 5/20/13 )

5/06/13 Successful walk in

5/14/13 I-485 updated to testing and interview ( EAD and I-130 still in initial review ).

6/15/13 EAD went into production

You are in the queue for an interview date. Once they establish a date, your status will be updated again.

It's dependent on the local office as to how quickly you will get a date. Larg metro cities, like NY, will take longer than a remote location.

04/10/2013 (Day 11) - NOA 1 text(s) and emails received.

04/15/2013 (Day 16) - Biometrics appointment letter for the 7th of May 2013.

well i waited 16days to get my interview date and am in Houston. but to my surprise when i received my letter for interview, it was dated 4 days before i received an alert. so i wont be surprise if there's already an interview date for you but the email notification might b couple of days late

Seems this board exploded since I last checked, many updates are occurring including ours.

EAD Card in Production on 6/13/2013. The AP has no change, what is up with that?

EAD card was mailed out today.

Also, my L1 visa expired yesterday, along with my drivers license. I went to renew my license today based on a pending visa petition, and they gave me a full 8 year license.

well i waited 16days to get my interview date and am in Houston. but to my surprise when i received my letter for interview, it was dated 4 days before i received an alert. so i wont be surprise if there's already an interview date for you but the email notification might b couple of days late

That's what I am talking about,you in a big city like Houston and you got your interview date in 2 weeks from testing and interview . and I saw lots of members on here got their interview date within a week, even people from Chicago and LA..my question can I call the local office directly or i have to go through that 1-800 number? or should i schedule an info pass with them to see whats going on with my case ? because I heard that the EAD process has nothing to do with I-485 process, the first one from the national office and the second from the local office

Thank you for your condolences. There isn't a day that goes by that we don't think of Carolina.

Are you an April filer too?

For those that have been applying for jobs, have you put a statement on your resumes that you are legally authorized to work in the States? Trying to sort out Dave's resume in preparation for his EAD. (Which, btw, hasn't been updated with shipping information. His AP is still in Post Decision Activity).

The reason why I ask is because obviously all of Dave's work experience is in the UK.
