Status update: EAD mailed out as of 6/14...so just waiting on a tracking number now, if I get one sleepy.gif . I'm still overjoyed though dancin5hr.gif .

I'm still cheering for all us, regardless of where we are in line.....keep up the faith walk guys.

I got the same update this morning :) No tracking number yet

I have a job interview on Tuesday so I hope I will get the card before it

I've got a tracking number on my EAD but no updates on the usps.com site as of where it is. It left kentucky yesterday but one would hope it would have reached its destination by now. They say I'll have it by tomorrow but that's a saturday...

I'm so worried that it'll get lost. It's actually sad how little I trust both USCIS and USPS. I'm surprised when they do their job. Reading the horror stories about the New York-filers in another thread (I am one) makes me question the decision of moving to this country in the first place.

March 2008 - Met my husband (US Citizen)

10/10/2012 - Arrived to the US on M-1 Visa

01/13/2013 - Husband arrives to the US

03/15/2013 - Got married in NYC City Hall!Received marriage license on the same day.

03/30/2013 (Day 0) - Sent in I-130, I-485, I-765 and I-131

04/03/2013 (Day 4) - Package received in Chicago

04/10/2013 (Day 11) - NOA 1 text(s) and emails received.

04/15/2013 (Day 16) - Biometrics appointment letter for the 7th of May 2013.

04/22/2013 (Day 23) - Successful Biometrics walkin Varick Street, NY

04/30/2013 (Day 31) - I-485 case status updated to testing and interviewing. Still no updates on EAD or AP

05/07/2013 (Day 38) - Biometrics appointment

06/07/2013 (Day 69) - EAD updated to Card production. AP updated to Post Decision Activity.

06/15/2013 (Day 77) Recieved EAD/AP combo card

07/10/2013 (Day 102) Received first interview appointment
08/10/2013 (Day 132) Interview (which we rescheduled because I was out of the country at the time of the interview)

08/24/2013 (Day 146) Notification that our interview has been successfully rescheduled

I called USCIS yesterday and asked to talk to an immigration officer,but the she didn't let me, she basically doesn't know much, and was telling me that EAD takes 3 months ...stuff like that ,so she filed a " service request" for me and said that they will let me know in 15 days, or i can call back in 15 days!

1- Not sure how some of you guys talked to the immigration officer?

2- whats the service request? hope it works.

4/16/13 Package sent ( I-485,I-765,I-130)

4/18/13 Package received

4/24/13 NOA received in mail

4/29/13 Biometrics appt received ( 5/20/13 )

5/06/13 Successful walk in

5/14/13 I-485 updated to testing and interview ( EAD and I-130 still in initial review ).

6/15/13 EAD went into production

They do deliver on Saturdays...so look out!!! Bright side is things are happening and yes I initially was very upset with USCIS but when I calculated the number of cases, it runs into thousands, so can you imagine having to go through so much paper work and at the same making sure mistakes are minimized. Yes our receiving end is the bitchy end, but I'm sure there are people there working their butts off. It's just my way of looking at things to try and get through this process and come out sane and 'holy'innocent.gifinnocent.gifinnocent.gif

Not to scare u or anything but im a ny filer too n usps lost my ead! Mine was sent since Monday n I shouldve gotten it from Wednesday n I still haven't n they cant even say where it is. I hope u dont have the same experience

Not to scare u or anything but im a ny filer too n usps lost my ead! Mine was sent since Monday n I shouldve gotten it from Wednesday n I still haven't n they cant even say where it is. I hope u dont have the same experience

NY office/area really need to pull up their socks...so many complains on the forum..jeez. Well we are hoping your card find it's way home smile.png
