Right yeah... I already had the tickets home when we filed... For some reason, I was like "i'll worry about that later". Later is here sad.png

but june 17 is still like 11 days away, so there is still a chance there just keep your fingers crossed . the life of an immigrant!!!

04/03/2013 (Day 0) - Sent off I-130,I-485, I-765

04/05/2013 (Day 1) - Package received by USCIS Chicago

04/11/2013 (Day 7) -Received all 3 NOAs via text and email

04/12/2013 (Day 8) - Checks cashed

04/15/2013 (Day 11)- NOA hard copies received

04/19/2013 (Day 15) -Received Biometric appointment for 05/06/2013

04/22/2013 (Day 18) - Successful walk in Biometrics

06/18/2013 (Day 75) - EAD approved

06/24/2013 (Day 80) - testing and interview

07/02/2013 (Day 88) - interview scheduled for August 2

Hello everyone! I am glad i found this site ..I also filed in April, my case was change on-line to testing and interview on May 14 but i haven't gotten any email,text msg or email at all yet about the interview date ? is that normal?

4/16/13 Package sent ( I-485,I-765,I-130)

4/18/13 Package received

4/24/13 NOA received in mail

4/29/13 Biometrics appt received ( 5/20/13 )

5/06/13 Successful walk in

5/14/13 I-485 updated to testing and interview ( EAD and I-130 still in initial review ).

6/15/13 EAD went into production

No, nothing changed after that. No EAD updates either. I just hope that notice is in the mail just didn't get to me yet. From what I heard, not everybody gets the date in their email first. When my husband applied for his citizenship his status did not show him the date. The smail mail came informing him about interview. I don't know if it applies to this situation, but it may, I honestly don't know.

This first notice is just telling us we're in the queue to have the date/location set.

been on testing and interview since 05/19 only God knows who long more to wait. it seems there is quite few of us on here waiting for our interview date.

Ok what's going on? First my status said they ordered production of my card on june 4th now tha date changed to june 7th when I checked it back. Furthermore, shouldn't I get an update that they actually mailed it n also a tracking number?

I think calling them is just gonna disappoint you. They gonna tell you that it's taking 90 days. And it's not even a month from your Biometrics.

Look at peoples timelines who have filed little bit before you and almost non of them have EAD.

It has been 30 days from my Biometrics and still nothing. I'm checking my status on USCIS website 25 times a day. But I know there is no point to call them. They probably get so many of these calls...

I think I'm not gonna get my EAD before my interview (it's in 13 days) :)

Hahaha, someone noticed.... Yep, bear zero sleep for us last night. :/ can't wait for this process to be over!!!

Well, we'd rather try and be disappointed than not try and whinge about it :)

After all, when we called to check on the status of Dave's AOS, 2 days later his status changed.
