Glad u finally got that sent back, must be a releif. So this is what Im seeing:

It took someone in my group 20 days after USCIS gave them that "promise is a comfort to a fool" update saying request for evidence response review. For case processing to be resumed.

It took mine 21 days after request for evidence response review.

That person got notice that their ead went into production 10 days after resumption of their case so ur looking at possibly a month!

The journey continues...

Jeez smh.....so it takes them approx 20 days to say "hey seems like this is the correct piece of evidence!".....I'm so tempted to make an infopass appt in the near future and beg them to speed up my EAD. I need to work and provide for my family. I get job offers everyday for 50K - 60K that I just cannot commit to due to the uncertainty of when I will get the damn thing smh. I so frustrated I dont care much for the green card anymore but when a man cant work and provide for his family sometimes it hurts my ego. I dont like hand outs from friends/family....smh. Sorry for the rant...

I had an I-485 filing already submitted through an employment-based application. Post-marriage, I submitted an I-130, which after being approved was interfiled with the existing I-485.

Interfiling/AOS Timeline:

01/03/14 - Day 274 - Interfiling request received by USCIS

04/03/14 - Day 364 - Interfiling service request sent

04/30/14 - Day 391 - Second interfiling service request sent

05/19/14 - Day 410 - Email sent asking for case status update

06/04/14 - Day 426 - Response received that I-485 was transferred to NBC

06/05/14 - Day 427 - I-485 updated to "sent to local office for processing"

07/02/14 - Day 454 - Status changed to testing & interview. Interview date August 4!!

08/04/14 - Day 487 - Mini-Stokes interview. IO intended on approving AOS but the computer did not show I-130 approval. The wait goes on...

08/18/14 - Day 501 - Spoke with Tier 2 IO - said that my I-485 is approved but no card prodn ordered. Asked to call back in 2 weeks if no update.

08/29/14 - Day 512 - Spoke with Tier 2 IO - said that my I-485 was not approved yet, but my file was with an IO for a decision

09/03/14 - Day 517 - Wrote a request to my Congressman asking for assistance

Got our notice in the mail today that due to "unforseen circumstances" our interview has been cancelled. Now we wait for our rescheduled interview information.

Still thinking I'm going to call or make an infopass appointment to make sure we aren't considered "no shows" if we don't go on our original scheduled appointment.

My status still hasn't been updated. It's been 34 days now since I did my biometrics and no word from USCIS . I understand waiting for an interview date but mine isn't even ready for interview. What next now guys?

Elove your case is almost the same as mine, including not filing for AP, same bio appointment dates, same filing date. For comparison, Mine switched to testing and interview on May 7th (Day after bio appointment even though I did a walk in April 29th), then received an interview date on May 23 for June 26 in Charlotte, NC.

Calling tier 2 support may be the best start point as suggested above. At least then if there is a problem the support person can see it and notify you. I think they can also confirm if your biometrics were successfully recorded as well. The other possibility is that it has moved to testing and interview, but wasn't updated online. Tier 2 can probably tell you that as well.

Jeez smh.....so it takes them approx 20 days to say "hey seems like this is the correct piece of evidence!".....I'm so tempted to make an infopass appt in the near future and beg them to speed up my EAD. I need to work and provide for my family. I get job offers everyday for 50K - 60K that I just cannot commit to due to the uncertainty of when I will get the damn thing smh. I so frustrated I dont care much for the green card anymore but when a man cant work and provide for his family sometimes it hurts my ego. I dont like hand outs from friends/family....smh. Sorry for the rant...

Gotta keep the faith good bar, on the brightside....today... even with a delay and the big"R' you are so much closer to your "welcome to the United States" letter than uve ever been, and thats progress.

On a good note i found out it takes exactly 8days after card production email to get ur card...
