Obama says a lot.

Most of it is self promotion.

From a practical perspective I would focus on your contacts in the industry who maybe able to assist you.

I am new here so I can't post a link but I work for aes corporation you can do a search for the website ;) we have a presence in over 20 countries including Argentina. If you worked for aes you might have a chance to transfer to one of the USA based companies which is part of AES.

There is lots of demand for EE....

H1B quota is finished for this year.. so you maybe better of going to Canada.. they dont have quota there and then coming to USA...

OR you can come to USA as an F1 student and then get a job here via OPT...

This is a good idea.. get hired by a US company in Argentina and get get to USA via an L1 visa..
