Nowhere did I say the numbers were acceptable.

Well, you said it yourself. Some people foam at the mouth when it comes to Chicago. I know that RHR does the whole tongue and cheek thing, but it's well known here that anything that has to do with certain places and topics, will ALWAYS get a negative response.

It's because Chicago is the epicenter and poster child for everything we say is bad policy for America.

Long standing corrupt liberal democratic leadership.. Massive social programs. Toughest Gun control in the country. All the things many of you espouse as what would be good for America. Yet oddly it a festering cesspool of human misery.

So yes Chicago is usually going to be what we point to when people talk about more gun control, more liberals and more social programs.

Ok, so what's your excuse for Mississippi, Louisiana and Alabama? Last I checked, those were still Red states, with Conservative Republican leadership. What's gone wrong with their Conservative policies that causes these 3 states to be 3 of the highest in crime rates year after year?

LA is 8th.. Remove New Orleans which is a democratic hell hole and it falls way below the average. Miss is 36th so not sure why you think it is one of the highest. Ala is 22nd which puts it almost smack in the middle.
