Changing petitioner's address while waiting for NOA2

Hi guys, I'd like to apologize in advance if this has been posted before.

My fiance and I sent our K1 application in September 2012. At this point, it's been exactly 182 days from our NOA1. My fiance moved to a different place last sunday and today we tried to changed his address online but for some reason it wouldn't accept our case number so, he called USCIS customer service and they were nice and helpful. By the end of his conversation with the USCIS girl, she told him that in 15 days he'll get a document to confirm his new address.

Now to my questions, is this document an RFE? How can possible affect us the fact that he changed his address (is it possible that it will cause delays to our process)? Our case is currently on VSC and well, it's been a good 6 months already (I know every case is different and there's people who've waited longer and we should be patient, etc), I'd hate to think it will take even longer to finish the first step! :dead: .

I'd appreciate your answers and opinions, thank you.

04/01/2013: Touched - not sure what happened here, only the date changed

Hay guys. I moved house back in January and updated my details with them. Expected my letter in 15 days but it never came and then..............the whole thing slipped my mind. So I called yesterday just to ask about my case as it's six months just over and remembered about my addresss. So I asked if they had got my new address. Well it was a big fat NO!!!!!!! I changed over the phone just to be safe and was given a refremce number but they never changed my details!!!!!!! Follow it up guys because your NO2 could head to your old place only adding to the stress. Just a heads up for you all. :)

Oh wow! We'll keep an eye on it. VJ's estimated approval time says this week! Being optimistic, we think it's right. Our change was done over the phone with USCIS customer service. Gosh this whole process is a lot! We deserve a medal by the end of it :)

Oh it's so much stress. I just don't trust them with anything! I'm going for medals and I'm sending a letter to the pope with a suggestion we are all canonized once approved!
