AOS time frame for usc spouse

Hi everyone,

My husband whom is a USC petitioned I130 which got approved on January 4, then petitioned me for I485 and 765 on February 13. Uscis received it on February 20, then biometrics were done on march 21 but I had an rfe for birth certificate which was responded and status changed to rfe response review. My question is what comes after and how does the rfe delays the ead and aos. Someone with similar experience please advise us. Thank you

Which visa are you adjusting from?

I came on a visitor's visa back in 2005, I had an extension to 2006 and the uscis issued me another I94 by then i overstayed. I don't really understand this process we have a lawyer but sometimes they talk as if we understand but in reality we don't . thank you for the link
