wow .. you mean your NOA1 to NOA2 it took only 1 month? is that right?

is that MSC? just curious.. what country is your mom?

thanks

good luck!

I'm confused and thus am not sure what you're asking. NOA2= Approval Notice? No? So May 29, I got email prompting me to check the website and found out that my case was approved. On June 1 (about 4 days) I received the hard copy of the Approval notice. Hope it's clearer for you now.

What i mean is from the date you file the I-130 then the USCIS send you NOA1 it means they already accept the payment and the form your send for the 1st time..

then how many months did you wait the get approved which is the NOA2 ( from NOA1 to NOA2)

( what center did your case assign?)

My NOA1 was back in Dec. 2012. From Dec. 2012 to May 2013. A good 5 months. I'm pretty much waiting for the case to get to NVC. I've called them probably 5 times already. They said that they still have not received my case. Patiently waiting.

Hey guys, I have received my NVC case number and Invoice ID number from NVC today. Do I have to wait for an email in order to start things up? When I logged in on CEAC website it shows AOS not paid and DS 230 Not available. When I click on Pay for AOS it gives me an error page. Any body use to that? Help please!
