I am about to send my AOS package based on marriage to a US citizen. I am a J-1 holder with no 2-year residence requirement. I would like to make sure my package is complete and i would really appreciate if someone could check the list below.

I am probably a bit light on the evidences of bona fide marriage but i'll make sure to have a solid case for the interview (photos album, joint accounts, bills under my name...)

Moved from adjustment of status from family based visas to adjustment of status from work student tourist as the OP is clearly in the USA on a J-1.

Looks good to me, make copies of everything you send too. We did and put them in a folder and took them to our interview incase of discrepancies. We didn't need them but better to have too much than not enough.
