I have been waiting for my 2 year GC for 11 months now and my EAD will be expiring in a few months. Can I go to CSC service center to try and speak to someone there since calling USCIS is pointless since all I get is an email stating that they are aware that my case is outside the normal processing time blah blah blah?

You can set up an infopass appointment to speak to someone face to face about your case. https://infopass.uscis.gov/info_lang.php?sel_lang=en

CSC does not allow public into the building. Not even to drop of a K-1 package or other things. Info pass happens at your local office.

USCIS service center topic moved from K-1 forums to USCIS service center forums.

I already did that and the lady told me that there is nothing that she can do and I just have to wait.

You'll just have to keep hassling them or wait it out, then. You won't be able to just show up at CSC.

The hassling seems to be having no effect at all lol. This is becoming really frustrating, sigh.Wonder if I do go there I can do an info pass at one of their centers near them and perhaps they might have answers since mine did not(ignore that comment since I do not know what to do next).

have you attempted any congressional inquiry? IMO, that would be the next step for you.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

you should renew your EAD and/or AP. also write/call to senator or congressman and see if they can help you. also you can do an infopass as well.

Thanks for trying to help but I have already done an infopass(see the previous comments above) but that was futile.Renewing my EAD and or AP would cost $380 dollars of which I think would be useless since the same thing will again happen (wait too long for it to be processed).

I do not know how I can go about doing that,if you could give me some tips that would be great.

Come back to VJ on a pc - ditch the handphone.

use the advanced search tool - search terms 'congressional release' then click on 'Display as posts'.

Good Luck !

Renewal is free. include copy of NOA-1 from the I-485, when submitting.

I am in the same situation, I just reapplied for my work permit, sent the pack a couple of days ago with no additional check, just a copy of the NOA I received for my AOS, hopefully I won't have to lose my job :(

I, too I am seriously taking into consideration contacting the senator, I pay taxes right?!?

When I had called USCIS office to find out about my case I was told that I had to pay $380 to renew it and this was from a supervisor working there.
