If it was that easy to bypass the system, wouldn't everybody do it?

It would be the first thing you would see on this site, and the rest of it would be superflous.

At least you can sue the Lawyer! This is America, have you complained to the local Bar?

The information on F1 student visas is out there, all she can do is apply.

Is her Father now OK with her looking to move to the US? Sounds like he is the one paying.
