got transferred to CSC...today

Hey there=)

My I 485 got transferred to CSC today....

is there a chance that I might get another RFE for whatever from CSC?

Those RFE things scare me :unsure:

Is my EAD application gonna stay at MSC?

11/30/2006 EAD APPROVED...YEAH BABY(day 125/ day 21 after RFE submitted)

12/21/2006 I 485 card production ordered (day42 after RFE submitted) 146 days total

12/28/2006 GREENCARD ARRIVED IN MAIL PERMANENT RESIDENT SINCE 12/19/2006!!! (DAY 49 AFTER RFE submitted) 153 days total

Transfer to CSC, on the whole, is usually a good thing. You may or may not get an rfe. In most cases you are approved quickly and without an interview.

Your EAD will stay at MSC.

I have added you to the Transfer List so you can have a look at other peoples' timelines with regards to transfers.

3-14-2009 Received I-751 back because they can't read

3-16-2009 Re-Sent I-751

3-17-2009 Received by Vermont

Waiting and watching the calendar flip ever so over closer to 4-2-2009 (When my 2 yr GC expires) . . .

4-2-2009 Received I-751 back AGAIN! Oh and my GC expired today.

4-3-2009 Re-Sent I-751

4-4-2009 Received by Vermont

4-6-2009 Date of NOA-1 Extension Letter (Rec'd 4/13/09)

4-10-2009 Check Cashed

4-24-2009 Date of Biometrics letter (Rec'd 4/30/09)

5-11-2009 Biometrics Appointment in Louisville.

congrats on the transfer. sadly, yes, you can still get an rfe. i got one on monday via email. still waiting on the snailmail version to know what it's for. :unsure:
