our case was approved and received an email informing us about receipt number and will be receiving it within 7-10days via standard mail.

what's next after this?

March 29, 2013 :PD Dec-20, 2013 USCIS approval date July 28. 2015 (F) (F) (F)Interview Date APPROVED.

You were approved or you just got the notice of your case being accepted? According to your timeline this was NOA1. That means you WAIT until NOA2.

I think your confused? your timeline shows you just now got your NOA1 today. That is not an approval that is an acceptance. They accepted your package / petition and gave you a case number which is being mailed to you.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

i was smiling here when i read all your reply. all of you are right.. yes, we were too fast to conclude. for clarification, we got receipt number via email and will be receiving the official receipt notice in 7- 10 days. my husband told me that first "approval" though and i did check the email only when you guys reacted.

btw, all the best for all of us waiting for its approval.
