whoa.

wait a moment.

you cannot adjust status, alas.

yes thats why i wanted her to ask more coz it was confusing to me. at least now we know so we can give her the answers

is it because i didnt marry my petitioner??

Exactly. Since u came here on a K1 visa and u did not marry the petitioner then u can not adjust ur status. You might be in trouble gurl ( i hope not).. How did u marry somebody other than ur k1 petitioner?

be honest so u will be given an honest answers from fellow members here.

well, if you read the entire thread, most everything is laid out.

This new info, marriage not to the petitioner, puts a full stop to everything.

who knows? maybe some avenue available for her, but I not know of it.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

sssssssssh. lets be nice, aye? study all of her prior posts using the advanced search tool (when logged in from a PC) .

Although it's revealing, I not want to repeat it here, let's give her some decorum, aye?

You were told by member’s when you and your ex-fiancé first broke up that you needed to go home before the 90 days and not to overstay. They gave many recommendations on how to get the plane fare.

I don’t see any way out of the pickle you are in.

Sorry for your situation though.
