Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Yes, you need to file for I-130, I-485 and I-785, but there's a bunch of other documents to include with it. Read the guide, most of your answers are there.

Prepare the whole package carefully, so you don't forget anything and it won't delay your process.

It will cost $420 (I-130) and $1070 for the I-485. The I-765 fee is waived because you file this form with the I-485 (it's explained in the form's instructions).

ok ..another question do i have to file G-325A? with the other documents?

We really say it to help you, but please, read the guide. There are checklists with everything you need to include. It seems pretty clear to me.

Forms I-130, I-485 and I-765 are the main applications. If you read the USCIS instructions for each of them, they sometimes ask you for other forms to include with those applications.

Make ur questions clear so u get clear answers. You said u overstayed for a year? What visa did u came here through? When did u get married and to who?

Did u get married to ur petitioner? Make it specific so u get the answers that u need.
