Even though I don't understand half of your words :) I gather the petition for your parents was approved in March. CALL the National Visa Center! That is the only way to find out the status: has NVC received the applications yet, have they issued case numbers and invoice ID numbers... otherwise you just have to wait and wait until they mail out the papers.

It took my stepson's case about 2 weeks to go from USCIS to NVC and another 2 weeks for NVC to generate the numbers, so a month is totally normal.

Read this thread for all the information you could ever possibly need about NVC, including the phone numbers. Good luck!

It took 7 months to get approved. And after I found out at USCIS website I was approved, it took a week for me to rcv the hardcopy in the mail. Also, 13 days waiting period for the NVC to generate a case number for both parents. So, you mean your parent's I-130 has not been approved yet? As for me, should be 6 months wait time only at USCIS but I got an RFE, which is the reason of the delay. And mine was filed at CSC.

You can have your parents download the form online, have them print it out, and fill out.. They should sign Part 1.. and UNSIGN part 2. then they have to mail the forms to you with the original civil documens.

i just called USCIS today they said have to wait 30 days...... :( :( :( :(

It could be less or more than 30 days in some cases. In my case, I was told by NVC to wait 20 days for the availability of the case number.. But only took 13 days for me. Try calling NVC from time to tme. Once your parents case number is available, go ahead and provide the email addresses for each of you. Good luck..:-)
