emailing NVC instead of calling?

Can i email the NVC to ask questions? I tried the vonage application but the internet connection is ####### so they can barely hear me.

You can try emailing but your best bet is calling.

Definitely call over email. I have sent them 2 emails so far and it has been 6 days with no response. I called, waited like 20 minutes on hold and got my answer. The NVC website says they recommend you email over call but I think that is because it's more convenient for them, not the applicant. Just something else they can make you wait on without knowing what the status is.

You are waiting to receive your NOA2? or waiting to see if they received your NOA2? This is for getting information on the status with NVC (603)-334-0700

If you are still waiting for your NOA2 via K-1 filing you should not be calling NVC. You should be calling the USCIS service center hotline. Ask for a T2 rep because the person who picks up the phone only sees what you can see on the USCIS website.

yup. if you not get response within 10 days, change subject line to include 'Supervisor Review Requested:...'
