Feb. 2013 - First conversation ( we met through a friend )
Mar 26, 2013 - First meeting in person, Manila
April 06, 2013 - He went back to US
April 15, 2013 - I-129F sent to USCIS
April 17, 2013 - I-129F delivered
April 19, 2013 - NOA1
April 23, 2013 - Alien Registration Number was changed
June 17, 2013 - Second Visit
July 31,2013 - RFE
August 06, 2013 - Return to US
August 08, 2013 - RFE reply sent. ( next day delivery service)
August 09, 2013 - RFE response received
August 13, 2013- APPROVED!
12nn - Received an email from Representative Staff that our petition is approved already. ( w/ email from USCIS officer )
8pm - Received email confirmation about the approval & Online Status Updated.
August 14,2013- got my BC & Cenomar ( waited 5mins for BC & almost 1 1/2hr for Cenomar)
August 15, 2013 - got my NBI ( total processing time from step 1 to releasing 1 1/2hrs)
August 23,2013 - CFO Attended, Got GCC. Sticker to follow.
Sep 18, 2013 - Got MNL Case # via Phone & Paid Visa Fee @ BPI
Sept 23, 2013 - Medical PASSED - 1 Day Only

Sep 24, 2013 - Case status " READY"
Oct 07, 2013 - Interview - APPROVED
Oct 08,2013 - Status changed AP then ISSUED

Oct 10, 2013 - Status @ 2go site - HOLD for Pick up

Oct. 16, 2013 - US Entry @ LAX

Oct. 18, 2013 - Printed I-94

Oct. 29,2013 - Applied Marriage License & SSN
Nov. 25, 2013 - Wedding @ San Diego

I think we should be the first group to try and not complain about the rate both centers are moving at! We all know we have to wait. It's so discouraging coming on here and half the posts are people

I have posted here twice and received no response. Third time is a charm I hope....

I received and returned a RFE. CSC received the RFE on September 30 and changed the case status to RFE under review. Case status is still the same as of today. Any advice? Should it take this ling to hear? Should I email the CSC?

I received and returned a RFE. CSC received the RFE on September 30 and changed the case status to RFE under review. Case status is still the same as of today. Any advice? Should it take this ling to hear? Should I email the CSC?

If I were in your place, I would. I'd also call and speak with a tier 2. I wasn't at CSC and didn't get an RFE, but from other threads I've seen it is typically processed within a week or so. Good luck!

If I were in your place, I would. I'd also call and speak with a tier 2. I wasn't at CSC and didn't get an RFE, but from other threads I've seen it is typically processed within a week or so. Good luck!

just venting a little bit...

Feeling a little overwhelmed right now. I was happy with my baby not crawling all over the place. I was ok before he turned 1. I'm getting to not be ok with things going so fast... The standing, the crawling, the birthday party, the holidays speeding up to us... I'm not ok with any of this now because I should not be the only one watching it happen... I do not want to do any of this or let any of this happen without his dad here to take part in all of these things... I'm trying hard to put on a strong show for people like I'm excited or happy about things but I'm miserable doing these things without him, I hate that he has to miss it, I hate that immigration is taking so damn long, I hate that they make it so hard for people trying to come here legally but will give handouts to those here illegally. I'm drained and I'm stressed and I'm so worried that he won't be able to be here for Christmas and I'm just so frustrated right now with the "when is he coming back" question I get from everyone... and having to answer "i dont know" and feeling that pit in my stomach and the urge to cry and kick and scream and turn into a 2 year old throwing a tantrum just because of a ###### question. I need this to stop happening, I need life to pause. I don't need him to miss his son's first steps...

Holy carp! Our case is already in Rio and we already have an interview date and they didnt notify us at all after USCIS sent out our NOA2! I had to call DOS and they told me all of this just now!

Yes! I was just going to tell you to call DOS! I tried calling the NVC as well, and they never picked up, the people at DOS are so nice and very helpful.

I'm shocked. I expected to need a packet 3 and 4 but I don't and its all set and ready to move along and I'm in shock.

Interview date is set and we're trying to change it because they set it for a date that the embassy is closed ¬¬ fail.

but we're working on the medical exam appointment (waiting for a call back)

got our official letter

got our RDJ#

and now we've got another bit of a wait.
