Congratulations to those approved!!!

We are NOA1 April 24 and still waiting. I would like to ask those approved from April NOA1 especially CSC to tell us if the VJ Estimated Timeline was close or ??? Either way it would be good to hear. Ours has yoyo'd from as early as 8-02-13 to 8-12-13 and today sitting at 8-11-13 for the earliest estimate on approval. I hear this VJ Estimate uses Igor's data to calculate, is that true?

Hi, we got our NOA2 today. Our NOA1 was April 11th and basically the estimated date kept getting later and later so that we ended up being 2 weeks outside of the original estimated dates, but within the current dates. At first it said July 20-30, then on July 29 it changed to July 28-Aug 5 etc etc. I think it's best to think of it as a very rough estimate, and not get too hung up on the dates. Hope that helps.

I think we should be the first group to try and not complain about the rate both centers are moving at! We all know we have to wait. It's so discouraging coming on here and half the posts are people

We are NOA1 April 8 and NOA2 July 28, but still waiting for hard copy over the mail, but besides that there are no signs of TSC sending anything to the NVC :(

We are originals in Vermont and transferred to Texas.

I keep calling USCIS to see if I could speak to a tier 2 rep. but they make excuses all the way and that since our case is already approved they are done with it and that there is no action they can take for us at this point.

We are 29th July approved. We received ours on 3rdAugust we are not transfers but we are from vsc. You should have received the hard copy by now. Hate to say this but I believe the battle really begins now with the time it is taking for Uscis to transfer files to NVC. So I am bracketing myself for the long wait. When I called I was told 8 weeks. Not to mention that they started as if yesterday to do another tsc transfer two people that was part of my may group that had not been approved yet got transfered out yesterday on the 6th August. God help us all lol.

1/28/2014 I-765 application for employment authorization in initial review receipt number given and hard copy has been sent.

2/7/2014 (day11) noa1 hard copy arrived in the mail for I-485 I-131 I-765

2/14/2014 (day18) biometric appt letter arrived in the mail. Appt schedualled for 2/26/2014 11.00am.

2/18/2014 (day 22) biometrics successful walkin.

4/01/2014 faxed expedite supporting documents to number on letter sent to me. Waiting waiting waiting

4/03/2014 (68 days) EAD and AP approved text message sent status post decision. Hooray !!!

4/7/2014 (72 days ) status change to card in production for EAD.

4/10/2014 ( 75 days) status changed after calling uscis regarding urgency of EAD. Also usps tracking number at 20.580pm

From what you said it all seems so complicated and time consuming not to mention costly now I sure know what the $340 dollars was for lol. I hope you receive it soon.

It yo-yo'd for me too but just before it was approved we were looking at an early September approval possibility. So Igor's list is only as accurate as the updates people put in their timelines.

So I am calling USCIS and they have me on hold already for 45:00 minutes. I will be asking about the expected time for TSC to transfer approved files to NVC. And where does my petition stands as of now.

I will keep you posted about the answers I get. I still have about 30 more minutes to wait...

Ok... here are the results of my call with the Tier2 Rep.

I waited on the phone for over an hour and a half and at the end a lady answered. She said that "cases are NOT transferred back to VSC after TSC has approved them", but that within the next 30 days after approval the NVC should receive the file and I should call NVC to make sure if they got it. The same thing with the hard copy of the NOA2. She said I have to wait til the end of the 30 days, which would be on the 27th of August. If I did not get a hard copy by then, I must call them and they would send me a second copy on certified mail.

NOA1 on April 9th... CSC... still nothing. Called USCIS yesterday, they said "you're still within the estimated processing time so... call next month when you aren't." >.> fine. just.... fine...

on the plus side, we bought my ring and picked out my dress (waiting for the approval before purchasing my dress)

Thanks to those that responded.

Right now my estimated dates are August 13 - August 29.

I know these aren't concrete but it gives me something to look forward to.

I only hope that I receive some news (preferably GOOD) very shortly.

hello... we filed ours april 17, 2013 and received a wondeful RFE last july 25, 2013 then we submitted our reply august 6, 2013 because i needed to check everything here in the philippines so i could send ALL! they needed. i emailed him our FB messages, skype, and etc...etc... i am in a panic mode before... just think positive and have FAITH :-) good luck to all of us! and GOD BLESS!!! and now i'm relax coz he told me... "babe i gotchu! :-) "
