Hi all, I don't want any congratulations. I think for those who have been waiting longer than us, it kind of hurts seeing the approvals. But it went through for us (4 months exactly, no RFE). The coolest thing is, I said for the last 4 weeks: "As long as it goes through by Friday (August 2), it will be perfect." The approval came through an hour and a half before midnight. Now we wait for the rest. Guess there will always be something to do with this whole immigration process. Hope when those who haven't gotten their approval yet, you will have a drink and be in complete bliss when it happens!

Oh, Hannah I am so releived for you. I agree that it is hard for those waiting to wade through the congrats. Now we all sit and wait on the next stage. Waiting again for a new number, good old NVC to give the case number.

To thoses till waiting, my prayers are with you that it comes through soon.

I couldn't track my status on their website so i called and they said your case was ordered on Jul11 and i havent received anything yet. So i called them again and they said they will reach out to the CSC and put in a service request and that i should either receive a service request response (as to what is going on with my case) or an RFE by Aug 20. Has anyone had this issue before or know what the heck is going on??

Congratulations to those approved!!!

We are NOA1 April 24 and still waiting. I would like to ask those approved from April NOA1 especially CSC to tell us if the VJ Estimated Timeline was close or ??? Either way it would be good to hear. Ours has yoyo'd from as early as 8-02-13 to 8-12-13 and today sitting at 8-11-13 for the earliest estimate on approval. I hear this VJ Estimate uses Igor's data to calculate, is that true?

Thanks to all :-)

Hannah, I'm so happy for you! And not to burst your noa2 approval bliss, but the wait for the case to get shipped from TSC to NVC seems to be excruciating slow and painful.

It's been 18 days and still no sign for us. And word of advice for anyone who's wanting to call, don't call NVC, call DOS instead. It's a shorter workday, I think the hours are 8-5 eastern time, but I've yet to wait on hold, and they're much nicer. I call every two days or so at about 1pm and usually speak to Michael, super nice guy.

Also, has anyone who's been transferred, gotten shipped yet, and/or a case number?

Spoiler

Yes I wanna know the same thing: to those April filers from CSC, how accurate (or off) was the estimated adjucation date?

April 24 NOA1 & still no news ?

I'm seriously starting to feel down.

everyday it's always on my mind.

Thank you FherJess,

Yes we are happy for the approvals but please let us April filers left behind with some information to help us hang on. PLEASE let us know if the VJ expectation of approval were close or way off by giving us your dates you seen posted before approval compared to the vj estimates. I know most of you looked at these dates daily as we do still, so give us an indication as to the accuracy of the dates or should we just continue to pray for the best?

Thanks for your help and PS. I know you are now at NOA2 so may not owe us waiting folks anything but pls remember when you were here too.

God bless and thanks again :-)
