OMG I am so excited, My fiancé just called to say he has our NOA2 in his hand, It was dated July 24th and I never got a text or e-mail because the site isn't updated!!! I am just floating

that is just FANTASTIC!!!!! congrats =)

4/1/2013 Mailed I-129F to Dallas
4/3/2013 Application received in Dallas
4/8/2013 NOA1 approved/mailed back to fiancee in US
4/13/2013 NOA1 in hand

9/04/2013 Case transferred to TSC

I think we should be the first group to try and not complain about the rate both centers are moving at! We all know we have to wait. It's so discouraging coming on here and half the posts are people

We just got thevapproval message as well! So surprised to receive this notice on a Sunday afternoon! I always thought that they don't work on Sundays lol. So nervous now! What is next?

1/28/2014 I-131 application for travel documents in initial review receipt number given and hard copy has been sent

1/28/2014 I-765 application for employment authorization in initial review receipt number given and hard copy has been sent.

2/7/2014 (day11) noa1 hard copy arrived in the mail for I-485 I-131 I-765

2/14/2014 (day18) biometric appt letter arrived in the mail. Appt schedualled for 2/26/2014 11.00am.

2/18/2014 (day 22) biometrics successful walkin.

4/01/2014 faxed expedite supporting documents to number on letter sent to me. Waiting waiting waiting

4/03/2014 (68 days) EAD and AP approved text message sent status post decision. Hooray !!!

4/7/2014 (72 days ) status change to card in production for EAD.

4/10/2014 ( 75 days) status changed after calling uscis regarding urgency of EAD. Also usps tracking number at 20.580pm

iam a Us citizen, i i filed i-130 for my 6yrs old kid, living in africa and the case was sent to MSC for processing. How long will it take this office to approve the petition. thanks

03/2013 : FINALLY agreed we should get married

04/02/2013 : Filed I-129F
04/09/2013 : NOA1 (California Service Center)
04/15/2013 : A# Changed

08/09/2013 : RFE

08/14/2013 : RFE hard copy

08/15/2013 : RFE reply sent

08/19/2013 : RFE received @ CSC

08/26/2013 : NOA2

12/18/2013 : Interview at RDJ

01/31/2014 : Received passport/visa

02/14/2014 : Left for the UK

03/13/2014 : He left me

03/20/2014 : Emailed RDJ

03/24/2014 : RDJ response "Have him send the passport back to us so we can cancel the visa"

04/2014 : Found out about the "other woman" (she knew about us the whole time)

05/2014 : Filed for custody, no visitation, last name change

05/2014 : Cut off all contact. Found out I was just an easy way into the US.

06/14/2014 : Served him with custody papers. Never got a service notice back.
