Actually, it's been almost 4 months lol! It's hard to see the approvals of those who've filed after us. But we all knew that going in, that this would happen. There isn't much fair to this process. I have my fingers crossed to hopefully have NOA2 or even an RFE at this point by August 2. I'm flying down to see him on the 3rd and this would help me greatly at border control.

Tell me about it. Feb 6th here watching CSC process March April and May. BS!

d3adc0d3, you made me check in the range like you did, I checked within range 404 til 407 they are still on initial review and I thought mine would be the same (408).

Nope, we got approved!

But I'm trying not to get over excited cause I'm still waiting for Australian police certificate. It's been more than 2 weeks but still hasn't reached my mailing address, I hope it doesn't get lost somewhere.

Congrats! That's very exciting!

You have plenty of time, the service center will have to send it to NVC who will process it and forward it to the embassy, then you'll get packet 3 to fill out and gather the paperwork for and send it back.

You can get packet 3's instructions from US embassy website for your country. I would recommend grabbing it if you can to help you gather what you need WAY in advance. :)

Either way. you're likely looking at another 2-4 weeks, if the Service Center doesn't delay in sending your approved petition to NVC.

If I had to guess, either the adjudicator didn't pick up your file yet, or they're waiting on the BG check to come through, which can take some time (doesn't mean they found anything, some countries are just slow to respond).

Interesting, my April NOA1 of April 24 from VJ guesstimate went from August 02, now up to August 04. Seems reality is setting in and I doubt 8/4/13. No big deal. I expected month more from the beginning.
