I think we should be the first group to try and not complain about the rate both centers are moving at! We all know we have to wait. It's so discouraging coming on here and half the posts are people

Approved! 1st NOA 4/9 2nd NOA 7/18. No transfer, seems to have stayed in the batch in Vermont.

There have been a couple come through vrom the transfered batch too. I noticed when I went thrugh the 20 around me, thre are 4 RFEs, a bunch that it can't find and some 130s so I am crossing my fingers. At least the RFE's mean they have looked at them.

08/13/2014 - Letter received staging possible interview waiver and no action for antoher 6 months

03/03/2015 - Apparently we are still within normal processing times and need to wait 87 days

04/27/2015 - RFE - Renew medical, Send some other documents

05/04/2015 - Medical redone

05/07/2015 - RFE request sent back to USCIS

05/08/2015 - RFE request received at USCIS

05/11/2015 - Green card IN PRODUCTION!!!!

05/11/2015 - Welcome letter Mailed!

We Filed at CSC with NOA1 dated 4/24/2013 and the VJ projected timeline keeps going down and today went down again to August 3 at earliest. Seen a CSC with 4/29/13 approved today. It's a ####### shoot :-) LOL

Congrats! I am jealous lol!

To be honest, I'm still in shock, at the approval and at the timing of it. We received the text notification of the NOA1 on my birthday and now the NOA2 on our 7 year anniversary of meeting in person. Things are finally falling into place for us :)

congrats to those that have been approved so far. Who would have thought we would already be seeing approvals, especially out of Vermont/Texas.

I am so excited to see movement already. Ours is a pretty straightforward case so there shouldn't be any delays.

I have looked at about 40 cases arund mine and it looks like i am in a batch of 18 I129fs.

There are 3 case numbers that come up with no information available

There are 5 RFE all dated July 17/18

There is one that says the alien registration number was changed July 18

Then there are7 including mine say they were transfered July 10th.

So in 16 cases all clsoe together there is some action. It gives me hope that there will be more this week.

Yup. I couldnt tell you if the cases I can see around mine are VJ members or not. But below the last one I looked at was one that was approved in May then a bunch of other types of applpications. So I am hoping mine is going to be touched soon based on the ones around me getting RFE and one having its ARN changed.

agreed! people who filed before me got approved...people who filed AFTER me got approved/got rfe's/got transferred. dunno what to say wacko.png
