Yeah i don't understand the possible august approval. Mine is October as well. I hope it's August, that would be a dream come true!

Ok, I was just looking at a bunch of timelines. Now I'm really confused. The VJ timeline-are they estimating this is when your visa is in hand?? After interview? I thought this was just til your NOA2. They don't process any certain country faster than another I'm assuming.

Yes the estimated date is when you could possibly be adjucated.

I think we should be the first group to try and not complain about the rate both centers are moving at! We all know we have to wait. It's so discouraging coming on here and half the posts are people

just to clarify, adjudicated in this context is refering to NOA2.

4/1/13 - I-129F sent to Lockbox, 4/5/13 - I-129F received, 4/9/13 - NOA1, 422/13 - Alien Reg # changed, 814/13 - RFE, 817/13 - RFE reply, 10/30/13 - NOA2, 1/30/14 - Interview: Approved!

3/6/14 - POE

3/20/14 - Married

3/28/14 - File date for AOS

4/2/14 - NOA1 for I-485, NOA1 for I-765

4/7/14 - Requested EAD expedite

4/17/14 - Biometrics walk-in early (for may 2 appt)

5/12/14 - EAD card received

7/10/14 - Notice of interview waiver received

2/26/15 - Green card received

I know that when I first created my timeline and input my NOA1 receipt date, it was showing late November - early December as possible adjucating date.

But at that time, the CSC average was 7.5 months.

Ever since CSC updated to 5 months in addition to recent Approvals, I've noticed the date changed dramatically to August.

I'm hoping & praying for no RFE and an approval my then.

I would love to have him here before Christmas.

Then why is it we all filed the same time and some are MONTHS apart?

My NOA1 date is April 24 and its at the CSC.

I see that yours is at Vermont, which right now is going a bit slow.

That could possibly be the reason why there's a huge gap between all us April filers.

but don't be discouraged. I know someone on this site who is VSC april filer who has been approved!! And several VSC march filers as well.

Yea, VJ estimates that I'll be getting the NOA2 around middle of october. Does the estimate include the time it would save VSC since quite a large amount of files (mainly Nov/Dec/Jan filers) were taken out of there?

sigh...even after we get the NOA2, it'd probably take another 3 months of processing time to actually get the visa in hand and go to the US

Feb. 2013 - First conversation ( we met through a friend )
Mar 26, 2013 - First meeting in person, Manila
April 06, 2013 - He went back to US
April 15, 2013 - I-129F sent to USCIS
April 17, 2013 - I-129F delivered
April 19, 2013 - NOA1
April 23, 2013 - Alien Registration Number was changed
June 17, 2013 - Second Visit
July 31,2013 - RFE
August 06, 2013 - Return to US
August 08, 2013 - RFE reply sent. ( next day delivery service)
August 09, 2013 - RFE response received
August 13, 2013- APPROVED!
12nn - Received an email from Representative Staff that our petition is approved already. ( w/ email from USCIS officer )
8pm - Received email confirmation about the approval & Online Status Updated.
August 14,2013- got my BC & Cenomar ( waited 5mins for BC & almost 1 1/2hr for Cenomar)
August 15, 2013 - got my NBI ( total processing time from step 1 to releasing 1 1/2hrs)
August 23,2013 - CFO Attended, Got GCC. Sticker to follow.
Sep 18, 2013 - Got MNL Case # via Phone & Paid Visa Fee @ BPI
Sept 23, 2013 - Medical PASSED - 1 Day Only

Sep 24, 2013 - Case status " READY"
Oct 07, 2013 - Interview - APPROVED
Oct 08,2013 - Status changed AP then ISSUED

Oct 10, 2013 - Status @ 2go site - HOLD for Pick up

Oct. 16, 2013 - US Entry @ LAX

Oct. 18, 2013 - Printed I-94

Oct. 29,2013 - Applied Marriage License & SSN
Nov. 25, 2013 - Wedding @ San Diego

Damn it! There's a good chance that our applications might get delayed. My heart goes out to the people who go to work day in and day out so we're able to meet our loved ones sooner.

Hi everyone.. another April filer here. We received NOA1 on April 1st.

Has any of you prepared the supporting evidence of I-134, such as letter of employment, tax returns etc? When is the best time to prepare all of these docs?
