Thank you pob260, I actually am on that forum also. Its easier to go back and forth on this side forum. We arent necesarily November filers yet because we havent got to that point yet, but I know that forum has a lot of info to help prepare for that. Because Im stuck in limbo just waiting on NVC i look for forums that I am able to help or get information to pass my time....especially when I am not busy at work....:) But thank you for your suggestion. If you think there is info shared here that would be helpful on that forum i would be happy to share. But i do update my progress on that forum as well!

well kiky i didnt receive my case number yet i will call again today hopefully i get somewhere since the nvc is facing a backlog sad.png

Im really sorry to hear that! :( Send an email, call, and I would also send a letter thru mail! Exhaust all of your options...they are bound to reply!! Focus on getting everything you need for AOS and IV. This might help distract you from the wait. Try calling first thing in the morning or at the end of the day, maybe at least your hold time might not be as long.

That stinks....I posted about my error message and others have had that issue as well. They said it means they are updating my case, Possibly issuing my invoice for my fees to be paid. So i'll be patient.
