Having a Problem Filling out G-325A

Hello, Everyone! I would just like to post this question regarding the problem I am encountering with filling out my G-325A Form.

On the question of employment for the last 5 years. There were times that i was unemployed/at school. Should I fill out the form with those dates still? because on the instruction here. They advised not to leave a gap on the employment.

Here's what i did and I am not sure if I filled my information correctly. Of course If I started my first job around mid-March of 2011 and left my job around mid-April (due to personal/moral reasons.. lol) of the same year, and my next job from that is from June 2011 to March 2012. Then there is gap there right? Now, here's where it gets complicated for me, since i left my job mid-April and if I fill out that i am unemployed afterward I should write then that from April 2011 to Jun 2011

So it would show up like this:

another thing...

Should I write that from April 2008 (which starts the count of the 5-year employment until today April 2013) to March 2011. that i am unemployed during those times? I showed it on the sample table, row with legend ***

I hope my explanation is not that complicated. I am just a bit confused about things. and I just want to ask for help.
