Police Certificate question

Hello all. I have a quick question about police certificates. On the US DOS website, it lists police certificates from every country my fiance has lived in for more than 6 months past age 16. Question, if he was there as a British diplomat, will he still need one from each country? The list is long and many will be a chore to get. Thanks in advance for any help.

I would take it as written. Everybody needs police certificates, even if the list is long. If you want to ask the Dept of State directly, their number is 202-663-1225 press 1, then 0

One says military have to get police certificates, but there is nothing about diplomatic service.
